For this reason Eightjuice has an HACCP system (Hazard analysis and critical control points) implemented.

Additionally, the HACCP system is based on seven principles that should be applied to ensure the safety of the products that we developed

Conduct a risks analysis.
Identify the Critical Control Points (CCP).
Establish critical limits associated with each CCP.
Establish the needed procedures for monitorize each CCP.
Establish corrective actions in case of diversion of critical limits associated with each CCP.
Establish procedures for verification of the system HACCP.
Establish a system to record and archive that documents the entire system HACCP.
